According to the Sydney Morning Herald, the beauty bought her 45-hectare home in 2008 for around $4.8 million. Her property list continues with her exquisite $4.7-million mansion in Beverly Hills, California, a unique and classy apartment in Manhattan, New York worth more than $16 million, and of course, the couple’s cars.

Hence, her choice of a 50-acre solar-powered Tennessee property comes as no surprise. The convenience of having everything in one place might be enviable indeed, but the cost of insuring a house that boasts everything from a piano room to a recording studio and a church (yes, an actual church) is enough to have any bank account cringing in horror. Having a 60-year career in the music industry generally pays off well. It certainly did for Loretta, who currently enjoys a lavish lifestyle owing to her success as a singer and songwriter. She has sold 45 million records worldwide, which is more than enough for her to purchase her Tennessee home, and while it’s not clear how much it costs, its sheer size tells us that its value is in the millions.

She’s still active and a complete livewire, even though she’s 87 years of age. She doesn’t crave retirement because what she’s doing gives her so much joy, and she sees no reason to stop making the music that her fans love so much, and we hope we can hear her lovely voice for years to come.

Cher – Estimated $45 Million, Malibu

Cher may have once boasted ownership of this gorgeous Renaissance-style mansion, but power has since changed hands. The 16,000-square-foot property is now owned by Beyonce. The singer and her husband were considering buying a home with an Italian-style rustic feel when Cher put the property up for sale. And between the artifacts, fireplaces, and Gothic chandeliers, we bet the singer will be considering premium in-house insurance. One thing holds true nonetheless – Cher has impeccable taste.

Angelina Jolie – $24.5 Million, Los Feliz

Following her informal breakup with Brad Pitt, Jolie wanted to make a new start, so she bought Cecil B. DeMille’s luxurious real estate in Los Feliz, located at the Laughlin Park community, packed with superstars’ mansions. Naomi bought her amazing property in Leiper’s Fork more than 20 years ago, and we’re perfectly certain that she doesn’t regret that move one bit. She has seen her daughters grow up in this home which we think is perfect because unlike city houses, this one has the perfect environment for raising children given its vast size.

Naomi is a pretty popular singer and has even performed in movies like The Judds and Someone like You. It’s easy to see how she can afford a place like this, considering the fact that she has been working for the most part of her life. If you are a legend in entertainment, then buying a home with a mansion description similar to that of the presidential villa would not be too far-fetched. Jerry Seinfeld’s $32-million opulent Hamptons home meets and surpasses all the expectations. Dubbed the ‘party house’ by Ok Magazine and acquaintances of the Seinfeld’s, the 12-acre home is the idyllic villa with features and amenities that would otherwise be considered far too luxurious for daily living. Seinfeld certainly broke the bank on this one.
